Did you know..?
Some of my favorite conversations happen in the car either going to a store or coming home from one.
This one is no different.
The hubby and I had to do some grocery shopping and 13 decided to tag along, which she usually doesn’t do. When all of our shopping was done we headed home and the conversation began….
13: So did you guys know that Gwen Stefani’s brother is also in No Doubt?
Me: Yes. Actually, it was her brother that started the band to begin with.
13: Really? That’s awesome.
Me: So did you know that Vin Diesel has a twin brother?
13: Now way! Really?
Me: Yep. Vin’s real name is Mark Vincent and his twin brother’s name is Paul.
13: That’s awesome. I wonder if his twin does any of his stunts…
Me: I don’t think so dear. It’s his fraternal twin. They aren’t identical.
13: Oh, that’s still cool though.
The hubby had been sitting silently through this entire conversation. He obviously had no clue what we were talking about and was searching his brain for something relevant to say.
And then it hit him!
Hubby: Oh yeah? Well did you know that Sandra Bullock is now getting Botox injections?
WTF?
Me: Nope. Didn’t know that, but I am so very confused at the fact that you do.
13: Wow.
OK, which one is Gwen’s brother?
And ewwww botox.
Good conversation.
Wow, that was random!! LMAO!!!
I see 13 has recovered from her Milky Way Black Hole crisis. Rock trivia is so much more interesting.

I miss our weekly car excursions with the kids. We had such awesome conversations. How is it that your husband knew that? That’s a weird tidbit for a MAN to know…I am a bit worried.
